SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
We only offer home delivery in the Los Angeles and Miami area (click to check if your zipcode is included in the delivery zone). All orders that come through our website that are not located in the zip codes provided will be cancelled after the order has been placed.
We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. All orders with a P.O. Box address will be cancelled and refunded.
DELIVERY TIME (ONE-TIME DELIVERY)
Please allow one (1) day for processing your order. Once processed successfully, the order will be delivered within 5-7 business days not including weekends or holidays.
Orders placed after 7AM PST on a weekday will be processed on the following business day.
If the order is placed on a weekend, it will be processed on the following business day.
SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES
Subscriptions require a minimum of two (2) orders to receive cost savings. You may cancel at any time with no cancellation fee after the initial two orders have been processed. If you cancel after an order has been processed, your subscription will be cancelled after that shipment.
DELIVERY TIME (RECURRING SUBSCRIPTIONS)
New subscribers: please allow one (1) day for processing your subscription. Once processed successfully, the first order will be delivered within 5-7 business days (not including weekends or holidays).
Your subscription will automatically renew at 12AM PST (midnight) after the time period that you selected. Any recurring order will be delivered within 5-7 business days (not including weekends or holidays) after the renewal date.
If a recurring subscription is successfully activated on a weekend, it will be processed on the following business day.
ORDERS
When placing an order, you may be asked to provide certain personal information, which could include your name, address, telephone number, email address and financial information necessary to process and track orders. This information will be kept in a database for future reference, as needed. We may use this information to contact you with offers regarding products or services from Icelandic Glacial. If you wish to opt out or unsubscribe, please contact us at customerservice@icelandicglacial.com
Icelandic Glacial may also ask you to provide information such as your name, address, telephone number and email address for customer support or to resolve any technical issues that you may have with the site. This information will help us to improve the site for you and other users.
ORDER CANCELLATION
To cancel an order, please call 424-201-6800 or email us at customerservice@icelandicglacial.com
Office hours are Monday - Friday 9AM - 5PM PST. Cancellations requested via email will be determined based on whether or not the order is already in process. If your order has already been processed, it cannot be cancelled and/or refunded.
RETURNS
All sales are final. If you received the wrong item, please contact us at 424-201-6800 or email customerservice@icelandicglacial.com
Orders shipped do not require a signature upon delivery through the carrier. Icelandic Glacial is not responsible for stolen item(s) once delivery is confirmed.
In the case of any returned items to the warehouse for any event(s) in which Icelandic Glacial is not at fault, a stocking fee of $15.00 per case will be charged (this does not include damaged items).
DAMAGED PRODUCT
If you feel the product has arrived seriously damaged, please contact us at 424-201-6800 or by email at customerservice@icelandicglacial.com. In order to start a claim, we will require proof of damage with pictures to help expedite the process.
We are not responsible for product damage if purchased through Amazon or other third-party retailers.
