About You:
Are you an experience Executive Assistant / Office Manager that thrives in a fast pace environment? Do you love working on multiple projects and prioritizing needs to help create efficiency? We are looking to fill the role of an Executive Assistant to our CEO while also leading the customer service function. In this role, you’ll wear many hats, be hands on and do whatever it takes to help grow the brand!
Things You’ll Do (but not be limited to):
Executive Assistant Responsibilities
- Keep CEO schedules and ensure that follow ups from meetings are kept on track
- Provide regular updates to CEO on follow ups and status of the business
- Work with international distributors for reports and follow ups
- Compiling compelling presentations and coordinate the collection of information for board/executive meetings, internal town halls and other internal and external events critical to informing and inspiring key business stakeholders
- Developing strong partnerships with cross functional teams and ensure alignment with goals, directions and deliverables.
Other Responsibilities:
- One point contact for customers, vendors, clients and directing them to relevant staff
- Ensure the smooth functioning of the office. Phones, supplies, mail, general office support
- Manage the customer service portal – Ensure excellence in customer service
What it takes:
- Experience working with, and providing leadership support for senior executives
- 4-5 years experience in fast paced office environment working as office manager and/or executive assistant
- Bachelor’s degree. Masters preferred.
- Promotes cross functional collaboration and holds teams accountable for results
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills – Microsoft office suite experience (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint). Must have advanced excel knowledge and be able to read and pull raw data and organize in to reports
- Ability to proactively address oncoming issues and opportunities.
- Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
- Positive attitude
- Tech savvy with the ability to utilize calendar apps/google docs,
- Creating, drafting, editing sales reports
- Knowledge of mandarin/Chinese will be a definite advantage

Job Type: Full Time, Monday through Friday. This currently is a hybrid role where the candidate will report to a central location three days a week and work remotely for two days.
